- First, brush hairs in place using the spoolie brush. Then, outline the shape of the eyebrow brow using light pressure, starting at the highest point of the eyebrow (arch) and working towards the end of the eyebrow. Blend as you go for a natural look.
- Next, lightly sketch in the front of the brow. With the tip of the pencil, apply hair-like strokes in sparse areas throughout the brow. Blend with the spoolie brush for a natural-looking finish. For fuller brows, simply apply hair-like strokes in sparse areas of the brow in the direction of hair growth. Blend using the spoolie brush for a natural-looking finish.
PRO TIPS
- Use Brow Wiz® to map out the shape of the brow before filling.
- Select a shade that is closest to your natural brow hair color.
- Use light pressure when applying.
- Blend as you go for a natural finish.
- If you have sparse to extreme-sparse brows, pair with Brow Definer to fill brows in first.
- Use a lighter shade to fill in the brow and a deeper shade to detail the brow with hair-like strokes.
To achieve the hair-like stroke technique, hold Brow Wiz® at a slant, lightly place the tip of the pencil onto the brow area, apply pressure at the bottom and then flick your wrist.

LOVE this brow pencil!
I’ve tried so many different brands and shades, but this one is hands down my favorite. The ultra-thin tip makes it easy to create precise, hair-like strokes, and the pigment is just right — not too dark — so it blends perfectly with my natural brows.
I got the archive brown color for the first time last month. The pencil lasted quite some time and this pencil is totally wear proof. You can sweat, rub and no smudge!!
The blonde is a really blonde shade, like Taupe but warmer. The micro tip is the best, definitely a dupe of more over priced brands
This pencil is so dope! I sketch hair strokes into my brows with the micro tip and it looks so natural
I use the archive brown color, it the perfect brown literally not to warm not too ash. Stayed out too I lock it in with the brow gel
